The Cultural Spring is working in partnership with the National Gallery on bringing their travelling art studio programme, Art Road Trip - a programme of activities and events that celebrate creativity and the arts to Sunderland and South Tyneside in November 2024. The Art Road Trip will visit 18 locations across the UK and work with 24 local arts organisations.
In each location, The National Gallery education team will create events that match the needs of the community and that champion the creativity of people with the least access to creative opportunities and the arts. The mobile art studio will host a series of creative public events and work with people to bring art and ideas inspired by the National Gallery Collection to the heart of their communities.
Check out the venues confirmed to host the Art Road Trip across Sunderland and South Tyneside below.
