What We Do
As part of the Creative People and Places programme, our aim is to foster creativity and encourage people to take part in art experiences in the places where they live. We want to create life-long involvement in the arts by engaging, entertaining and educating people in the North East.
-
WORKSHOPS
We offer loads of opportunities to get involved, including a range of craft packs, and both online and in-person workshops. From crafts, to writing, music, and drama, there’s something for everyone.
-
GO AND SEE
Our Go and See programme aims to ensure that people living in Sunderland and South Tyneside get the chance to experience the best arts and cultural events happening across the North East and beyond.
-
GET INVOLVED
As well as taking part in events and workshops, local residents can learn new skills and help to shape our programme by becoming a Community Champion or a Cultural Spring volunteer.
